Job Overview

High Tide Hospitality, Ace no.3 - Shift Manager

An Ace Shift Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing all facets of the restaurant's performance, encompassing team leadership, guest satisfaction, financial results, and operational productivity. This position collaborates closely with the Store Manager to guarantee that the establishment consistently meets or exceeds company benchmarks. Ideal candidates will be energetic, positive, diligent individuals with leadership capabilities, experience in fast-casual dining, authentic hospitality skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill Key Customer Expectations during each shift
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently
  • Manage prime costs through effective labor oversight, food cost management, and exceptional hospitality at the point of sale
  • Handle opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks, including food prep, team supervision, guest engagement, cleaning duties, and light administrative tasks

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or leadership role within a fast-casual dining environment or a comparable setting
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills
  • Proficient leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of guiding a diverse workforce
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude and a genuine enthusiasm for crafting memorable dining experiences
  • ServSafe Food Manager certification is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • No late-night shifts – our establishments close at 9 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM Friday and Saturday
  • 30-40 hours of work per week
  • Closed on three major holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
  • Paid vacation time available
