Position Overview
As a Culinary Operations Supervisor at Jackmont Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of kitchen activities. Your primary objective will be to enhance profitability by effectively managing food expenses, production processes, labor, and boosting sales through exceptional food quality and service efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Directing kitchen operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensuring a precise staffing strategy
  • Mentoring and developing kitchen staff
  • Recognizing operational improvements and executing strategies
  • Overseeing inventory management
  • Guaranteeing food quality and sanitation standards
  • Fostering talent development
  • Managing overall restaurant functions in the absence of the General Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent college coursework preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
  • Experience in procurement and production processes
  • Prior kitchen management experience is advantageous
