Ideal candidates will possess a friendly demeanor, a strong work ethic, proven leadership capabilities, experience in quick-service dining, and a commitment to improving the environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill Key Customer Expectations during each shift
  • Guarantee outstanding customer service is delivered consistently
  • Manage prime costs through effective labor management, food cost oversight, and customer engagement at the register
  • Handle opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks, including food preparation, team supervision, guest interactions, cleaning responsibilities, and light administrative duties

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role within a quick-service restaurant or similar environment
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide a diverse team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine enthusiasm for creating unforgettable dining experiences
  • ServSafe Food Manager certification is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • No late-night shifts – our establishments close at 9 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM Friday and Saturday
  • Work hours range from 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Closed on three major holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
  • Paid vacation time available
  • Competitive hourly wage plus weekly tips and potential management bonuses every four weeks
  • Weekly pay schedule every Friday
