This position requires collaboration with the Store Manager to maintain the restaurant's performance at or above the established company benchmarks. Ideal candidates are energetic, positive, and hardworking individuals with leadership capabilities, experience in quick-service dining, a commitment to authentic hospitality, and a desire to improve the workplace continuously.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill Key Customer Requirements during each shift
  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage prime costs through effective labor management, food cost oversight, and exceptional hospitality
  • Handle opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks, including food preparation, team management, guest engagement, cleaning duties, and light administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role within a quick-service restaurant or similar environment
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills
  • Proficient leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of guiding a diverse team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and a true passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
  • ServSafe Food Manager certification is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • No late-night shifts; operations conclude by 9 PM Sunday to Thursday and 10 PM Friday and Saturday
  • 30-40 hours of work per week
  • Closed on major holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
  • Paid vacation time
  • Competitive hourly wage plus weekly tips and potential management bonuses every four weeks
  • Weekly pay schedule every Friday
