Core Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill Key Customer Expectations during each shift
  • Guarantee that outstanding customer service is provided consistently
  • Manage labor costs and food expenses while ensuring hospitality at the point of sale
  • Handle opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks, including food prep, team supervision, guest engagement, sanitation duties, and light administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role within a quick-service dining environment or similar
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and effective communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills, capable of guiding a diverse workforce
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for crafting memorable dining experiences
  • ServSafe Food Manager certification is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • No late-night shifts – our locations close at 9 PM Sunday to Thursday and 10 PM Friday and Saturday
  • Work hours range from 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Closed on three major holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
  • Paid vacation time available
  • Competitive hourly wage plus weekly tips and potential management bonuses every four weeks
