Responsibilities
  • Lead Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, customer service, and staff management.
  • Manage Restaurant Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
  • Control Restaurant Costs: Analyze and manage restaurant expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses, to optimize profitability.
  • Improve Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Restaurant Owners: Work closely with restaurant owners to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience: Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with restaurant staff, customers, and restaurant owners.
  • Financial Management Skills: Ability to analyze and manage restaurant expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
