Job Overview

TH Brands is seeking a dedicated Procurement and Account Management Specialist to facilitate the acquisition of products essential for ongoing projects and to support account representatives with order estimation and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all procurement activities, including generating purchase orders (POs), verifying pricing, and entering data into the ordering system and vendor platforms.
  • Provide quotes and manage promotional product orders for representatives, maintaining consistent communication with clients and suppliers through various channels.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal sales teams to ensure seamless job progression through production.
  • Process and manage client orders efficiently.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the Account Manager and Production teams.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers.
  • Advise representatives on orders, suggest product options, and assist in planning for upcoming projects.
  • Oversee retail, quick ship, and kit stock management, along with order fill-ins as necessary.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and local competition to make informed purchasing suggestions.
  • Analyze the retail product sales lifecycle and devise strategies to optimize product movement.
  • Address and resolve order-related issues, including back orders, returns, and refunds associated with procurement.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.

Work Environment

This position is situated within a professional office and workshop environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers and photocopiers, as well as manufacturing tools like printers and heat presses. Employees may encounter various work conditions.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands outlined here represent those necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While primarily sedentary, the position requires occasional standing and lifting, with the potential to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
