Procurement Manager

Prinsco is seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to join our team at our corporate headquarters. The successful candidate will support multiple locations across the United States:

• Manage corporate supply chain processes and standards, focusing on cost and contract improvements.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure a dependable and efficient supply chain.
• Evaluate and identify potential suppliers, assessing their capabilities, performance, and market competitiveness while analyzing market data and customer insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
• Draft, review, and oversee contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business along with a minimum of ten years of leadership experience in a multi-site manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.
• Professional demeanor with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including data analysis to draw valid conclusions.
• Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in ERP systems.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of purchasing professionals.
