Key Responsibilities:
- Execute both repetitive and non-repetitive tasks related to the production of turbine airfoil components.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment following established protocols, work instructions, and approved documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and practices in the workplace.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions, which may include technical details.
- Capability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 pounds; may involve handling hazardous materials.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
- Basic arithmetic skills are essential.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures is mandatory.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Ability to identify issues and constraints that may hinder job performance.
- Proficient in using a personal computer to access online documents, schematics, and instructions.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in a collaborative team environment.
