Job Overview

As a Production Specialist at our Muskegon facility, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing processes associated with turbine airfoil products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute both repetitive and non-repetitive tasks related to the production of turbine airfoil components.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment following established protocols, work instructions, and approved documentation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and practices in the workplace.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions, which may include technical details.
  • Capability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 pounds; may involve handling hazardous materials.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Basic arithmetic skills are essential.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures is mandatory.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to identify issues and constraints that may hinder job performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
