We are currently seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team and support our operations. The ideal Business Development Executive is a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a passion for building client relationships. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for ensuring successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Business Development Executive will collaborate with a skilled team of specialists in various fields to manage key accounts and develop new partnerships across multiple industries. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new clients and enhance existing relationships, meeting revenue targets and expanding market presence.
  • Identifying new business opportunities to grow the customer base through networking, sales visits, and collaboration with the sales team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assisting clients with any sand-related inquiries or challenges.
  • Working with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that highlight our offerings.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products.
  • Overseeing laboratory and production trials with potential clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure beneficial arrangements for the company.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic decisions.
  • Reporting significant developments within client accounts and the market to management for analysis and planning.
  • Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
  • Participating in strategic planning with senior management.
  • Engaging with industry associations to stay connected with the market.

Qualifications:

  • Located in the Midwest region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 10 years of proven success in sales or account management, preferably in the foundry or mining sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and sales growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with foundry or mining processes.
  • Enthusiastic about the industry and eager to learn and grow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
