Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 35 outbound calls daily, including quotes and samples.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ideally within two hours.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Work with management to oversee large projects and multi-step sales processes.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Regularly report on account status and sales leads to management.
  • Utilize product knowledge to align offerings with client needs.
  • Provide clients with information, quotes, and bid specifications.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry and shipment of orders and samples.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with relevant information.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of product applications and market trends.
