Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Territory Manager to join our growing team at 360° Painting. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a territory through prospecting and brand representation. You will also be responsible for conducting and creating customized onsite project estimates, overseeing project coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a territory through prospecting and brand representation
- Conduct and create customized onsite project estimates
- Oversee project coordination and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales and production targets and other KPIs within benchmarked timeframes
- Actively seek leads within the community through various channels
- Perform administrative responsibilities in a timely manner
- Provide reports on activity tracking, work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Basic math skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Flexible schedule needed to quickly follow up on sales leads
- Transportation suitable for 360 Painting sales use, including unrestricted driver's license
