Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at TB ISLE RESORT LP. The successful candidate will assist the Sales Managers in all aspects of sales, including greeting and meeting prospects, scheduling property tours, and processing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Sales Managers in sales-related tasks
* Schedule appointments and meet with prospects
* Maintain sales collateral and monitor sales inventory
* Prepare and conduct property tours
* Assist with correspondence and process proposals and contracts
* Coordinate marketing projects
* Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports

Requirements:

* Degree in marketing or communication, or a minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or a related industry
* Ability to communicate in English, with a second language a plus
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends
* Experience using computers and software programs, such as Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer screen
* Ability to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation
* Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds
