About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Vi, a leading provider of retirement living and continuing care services. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in achieving our sales and move-in goals by performing sales activities, assisting with outreach events, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct phone outs, schedule appointments, and provide tours to prospective residents and their family members.
  • Follow up with leads from local outreach events, including completing introductory/initial calls, scheduling appointments, sending mailers, conducting home visits, and preparing for Sales Counselor phone outs.
  • Conduct targeted REPS sales activity designed to generate specific focus on area of need, such as apartment availability, re-energizing leads, and demographics.
  • Manage assigned leads and document the CRM system.
  • Provide outreach support, including assistance with events.
  • Assist with new move-in customer service follow up.
Requirements
  • 5 years of direct sales experience involving high-end products or services.
  • Proven individual sales experience as a top producer.
  • Basic understanding of the retirement living and continuing care concepts.
  • Valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

Pay Range

USD $58, USD $73,716.77 /Yr. (depends on experience)
