Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Territory Manager to join our growing team at 360° Painting. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to develop a great career with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a territory through prospecting and brand representation
  • Diligent customer follow-up and customer communication
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules
  • Conduct and create customized onsite project estimates, ensuring accuracy and clearly defined project parameters
  • Responsible for project oversight, including project coordination with appropriate parties, scheduling and communication with the customer, managing customer expectations, overseeing painter teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon project completion
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales and production targets and other KPIs within benchmarked timeframes
  • Actively seek leads within the community through various channels, including networking groups, realtors, trade contractors, client referrals, etc.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities in a timely manner, including lead follow-up, updated work orders, add-on sales options, proposals, customer follow-up, daily job checkups, etc.
  • Provide reports, including activity tracking, work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Participate in industry events and tradeshows
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Flexible schedule needed to quickly follow up on sales leads
  • Transportation suitable for 360 Painting sales use, including an unrestricted driver's license
Compensation:

$36,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
