Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Join our team at TB ISLE RESORT LP as a Sales Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in assisting our Sales Managers in all aspects of sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxury environment and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Managers, including scheduling appointments, meeting and greeting prospects, and processing contracts. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Managers in all aspects of sales, including scheduling appointments and meeting with prospects.
  • Process contracts and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain sales collateral and monitor sales inventory and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and conduct property tours, FAMs, and other sales-related activities.
  • Assist with correspondence and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of coordinator experience in a hotel, preferred.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and deal with internal and external clients.
Education and Skills
  • Degree in marketing or communication, or a minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Ability to communicate in the English language, with a second language a plus.
  • Experience using computers and software programs, including Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements
  • On a continuous basis, sit at a desk for long periods of time in front of a computer screen.
  • Intermittently twist to reach equipment or supplies surrounding desk.
  • Perform simple grasping and fine manipulation; use telephone and computer keyboard daily.
  • Must be physically fit to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds.
  • Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
