As a Team Leader in Billing and Reconciliation at RXO, your role will involve overseeing a group of analysts, gathering information to resolve outstanding tasks, and persistently identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes.

Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service that surpasses our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and nurture a team of billing and resolution analysts, managing daily operations, developing performance metrics, and assessing productivity
Distribute workload effectively across various locations; maintain comprehensive documentation for all billing and resolution standard operating procedures (SOP)
Address issues promptly and appropriately, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions are communicated
Collaborate with internal departments to acquire knowledge of other technologies and practices that may enhance daily operations and broaden expertise
Audit carrier freight invoices and interpret tariffs and contracts; investigate and rectify potential discrepancies and duplicate carrier billing
Streamline and enhance the efficiency of the current routing of freight invoices and the billing cycle from carrier freight invoice to client payment
Assist in the creation of design specifications and the implementation of new billing documentation processing technology

Qualifications for Success:

Essential:
Minimum of 2 years in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning, transportation, or logistics-related roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for spreadsheets and data entry

Preferred:
1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting clear, organized, and thorough information and data tailored to the intended audience
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with the capability to identify and resolve issues
