Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-6pm (flexible schedule post-training, full-time)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with reconciliation processes and work queues

Daily Responsibilities:

A client of Insight Global is seeking Financial Reconciliation Analysts to support their payment reconciliation operations. The primary objective of this team is to ensure the precise recording and matching of all financial transactions. This involves the comparison of internal payment records with external documentation, such as bank statements, to detect and rectify any inconsistencies.

This role is entirely remote, although candidates should be located in the vicinity of Charlotte. The organization is looking to fill two distinct positions within this team. One role will concentrate on reconciliation tasks, specifically analyzing deposits using their systems, while the other will focus on managing work queues to align the interest amounts from EOBs with the corresponding queues. Performance will be evaluated based on hourly productivity metrics. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in advancing their knowledge of payment reconciliation and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality work.
