Job Overview

As a key member of the BSA Summit Group team, the Office Staff will provide exceptional customer service and support to our participants, guests, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with advisors to review participant paperwork and make arrangements for collection of monies
  • Coordinate participant check-in activities and collaborate with Base Camp and medical staff
  • Provide cheerful and helpful service to all participants, guests, and staff
  • Resolve customer service issues in a thorough and timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized working area

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Solid interpersonal communication abilities
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new software

Performance Expectations:

  • Contribute to the improvement of registration operations
  • Respond to emails within 24 hours

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, walk, hike, and lift up to 25 pounds

Uniform and Housing:

  • Summit staff uniform
  • 10x12' Platform Tent; Staff Camp

  • 45-55 hours
