Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate incoming referrals for our therapy services.
- Verify insurance benefits and ensure accurate billing.
- Schedule therapy evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Assist with answering phones and responding to patient inquiries.
- Check in and check out patients, collect payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with families, understanding their challenges and offering compassionate support.
- Collaborate with our therapy team to ensure a seamless process for families entering our care.
- Problem-solve and take initiative in addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
