Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Salesforce CRM Consultant will primarily focus on:

1. Overseeing CRM initiatives, guiding the Requirement To Release (RTR) process, and managing the entire project lifecycle.

2. Conducting daily CRM operations, leading the Issue To Resolution (ITR) process, and executing routine tasks.

3. Engaging in additional responsibilities such as user training, systems integration support, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively seek opportunities to enhance and refine existing CRM systems to align with business objectives. The key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with stakeholders to collect and comprehend business needs, converting them into scalable, high-quality solutions while adhering to best practices and security protocols.

2. Directing the design, development, and execution of projects, including customizations, configurations, and integrations, ensuring successful delivery at each milestone.

3. Acting as the technical subject matter expert, offering support to development team members through technical guidance, code evaluations, and necessary training.

4. Overseeing CRM releases and deployments, ensuring the efficient and smooth introduction of new features and enhancements.

To maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient CRM system that supports the organization's overall goals, the following primary responsibilities are essential:

1. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Provide technical assistance to end-users, diagnose and resolve system issues, and offer guidance on best practices.

2. Change Management: Evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes on system performance and stability prior to implementation, and establish a change management process to document and control modifications to the system environment.

3. System Updates and Upgrades: Ensure that system software and applications are current with the latest versions, patches, new features, and best practices.

4. Permission and Security Management: Regulate user access and permissions to guarantee that only authorized personnel can access critical systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

5. Backup and Recovery: Implement regular data backup procedures to ensure data restoration in case of loss or corruption, and develop disaster recovery plans to restore systems and data following significant incidents.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes, and generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities for management review.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A robust understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including architecture, data models, security models, and best practices.

2. Relevant CRM certifications, especially in Salesforce, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.

3. Proven experience in leading CRM implementation projects from start to finish, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

4. A minimum of 5 years of experience with CRM systems, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly grasp complex business processes and requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

7. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
