We are in search of a proactive and adaptable Marketing Manager with a solid background in marketing operations. This role is crucial for enhancing marketing workflows, overseeing marketing technology systems, and facilitating diverse marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a combination of analytical acumen, creative vision, and a commitment to achieving marketing excellence.

This position requires a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the marketing technology ecosystem, including platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Design, implement, and sustain marketing workflows and tracking systems to monitor lead generation and performance across multiple channels, analyze critical metrics, and deliver actionable insights to boost marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various teams to refine lead tracking processes, enhance data integrity and reporting, and promote operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing operations, providing recommendations to elevate our marketing capabilities.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales support tools for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Contribute to the execution of marketing strategies, including product launches, events, and lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and competitive insights to guide content development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, including 1-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in enterprise capture software, banking technology, financial services, or fintech is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, adept at tailoring content for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
