Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Salesforce CRM Expert will play a crucial role in overseeing the full lifecycle of CRM projects, ensuring that all processes from requirement gathering to release are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead CRM initiatives, managing the end-to-end processes including Requirement To Release (RTR) and Issue To Resolution (ITR).

2. Conduct daily CRM maintenance, addressing routine tasks and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

3. Provide training and support for users, along with systems and data integration assistance.

Essential Duties:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into scalable solutions while adhering to best practices and security standards.

2. Direct the design, development, and implementation of CRM projects, ensuring timely delivery of customizations and integrations.

3. Act as the technical authority, offering guidance to development teams through code reviews and training sessions.

4. Oversee CRM releases and deployments, ensuring seamless delivery of new features and enhancements.

System Maintenance Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving system issues while offering best practice guidance.

2. Implement a change management process to assess the impact of changes on system performance and stability.

3. Ensure that system software and applications are regularly updated with the latest versions and patches.

4. Manage user access and permissions to maintain security and compliance with regulations.

5. Establish regular data backup procedures and develop disaster recovery plans to safeguard against data loss.

6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and generate performance reports for management review.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including architecture, data models, and security protocols.

2. Relevant CRM certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.

3. Proven experience leading CRM implementation projects from inception to completion.

4. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce technologies.

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating complex business processes into scalable solutions.

7. Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of mentoring a team in a dynamic environment.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
