Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining our competitive edge and driving our future growth. Proficiency in time management, numerical analysis, and computer skills is essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across various departments to compile materials and oversee the proposal process from inception to completion, ensuring professional and credible presentation of information.
  • Utilize AI tools (such as Chat GPT and similar applications) to develop RFPs (Request for Proposal) or RFQs (Request for Qualifications).
  • Research, organize, and manage project materials, including minimum project requirements, resumes, governmental documentation, and project imagery.
  • Revise proposals based on management feedback.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Document and track opportunities, activities, and records in CRM systems.
  • Engage in weekly team meetings.
  • Work collaboratively to enhance the customer acquisition process.
  • Support additional business development and marketing activities as required.

Qualifications:

Education: An Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the foodservice or hospitality industry is preferred, or 3 years in general sales, marketing, or administrative roles.


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to conduct research using Google or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with BlueBeam Revu, Adobe, InDesign, and/or Canva is advantageous.
  • Highly motivated and independent individual with strong interpersonal skills.
