We are in search of a dynamic and adaptable Marketing Manager with a proven track record in marketing operations. This role is essential in refining marketing processes, overseeing marketing technology platforms, and supporting diverse marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of analytical acumen, creative insight, and a dedication to advancing marketing excellence.

This position allows for hybrid work arrangements, requiring 2-3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the marketing technology ecosystem, including platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Design, implement, and maintain marketing workflows along with tracking systems to monitor lead generation and performance across various channels, analyze critical metrics, and deliver actionable insights to boost marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to optimize lead tracking, enhance data accuracy, and drive operational improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations, providing recommendations to elevate our marketing capabilities.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales support tools for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, emails, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives such as product launches, events, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and competitor insights to guide content development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, including 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in enterprise capture software, banking software, financial services, or fintech is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, adept at tailoring content for various audiences and platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams.
