Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining our competitive edge and influencing our future growth. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication abilities, particularly in writing, alongside a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in time management, mathematics, and computer skills is essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across various departments to compile materials and oversee the proposal process from inception to completion, ensuring professional and credible presentation of information.
  • Utilize AI tools (such as Chat GPT and others) to develop RFPs (Request for Proposals) or RFQs (Request for Qualifications).
  • Research, manage, or compile necessary materials (including minimum project requirements, resumes, governmental documentation, project images, etc.).
  • Revise RFPs or RFQs based on feedback from management.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Track and document opportunities, activities, and information in CRM systems.
  • Engage in weekly meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer acquisition processes.
  • Support additional business development and marketing functions as required.

Qualifications:

Education: An Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the foodservice or hospitality sectors is preferred, or 3 years in general sales, marketing, or administrative roles.


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to conduct research using Google or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with BlueBeam Revu, Adobe, InDesign, and/or Canva is advantageous.
  • Highly motivated and independent with strong interpersonal skills.
