We are in search of a proactive and adaptable Marketing Manager with a strong background in marketing operations.   • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations, providing recommendations to elevate our marketing capabilities.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales support tools across diverse channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, and lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and competitive insights to guide content development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, with 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in enterprise capture software, banking software, financial services, or fintech is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong writing and editing capabilities, adept at tailoring content for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a meticulous attention to detail.
