We are in search of a proactive and adaptable Marketing Manager with a strong background in marketing operations. This role is crucial for enhancing marketing processes, overseeing marketing technology platforms, and facilitating various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of analytical abilities, creative insight, and a dedication to achieving marketing excellence.
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and refine the marketing technology ecosystem, including platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Design, implement, and sustain marketing workflows along with tracking systems to monitor lead generation and performance across multiple channels, analyze critical metrics, and deliver actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance lead tracking processes, ensure data accuracy, and boost operational effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations, providing recommendations to elevate our marketing capabilities.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales support tools across diverse channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, and lead generation efforts.
- Conduct research to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and competitive insights to guide content development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, with 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in enterprise capture software, banking software, financial services, or fintech is highly desirable.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
- Strong writing and editing capabilities, adept at tailoring content for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Creative thinker with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
