Position Overview

We are seeking exceptional talent to join our expanding team at SERVPRO Team Skov. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a competitive environment and possess a track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities

- Engage in outside sales activities with a focus on acquiring new business opportunities.
- Employ a strategic approach to identify and nurture potential clients.
- Establish and sustain relationships with essential stakeholders, including property and facilities managers.
- Develop Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and inform clients about the advantages of emergency preparedness.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives, networking events, and educational workshops within the industry.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations related to fire and water damage to secure contracts.
- Surpass designated sales goals by effectively managing the sales process.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A determined personality with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- A competitive spirit.
- Previous experience in restoration, facility management, or project oversight is advantageous.

Work Schedule and Travel Requirements

This is a full-time role with flexible hours typically from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The position may require extended hours and adaptability based on business demands. Local travel may constitute up to 90% of the role, with occasional overnight travel necessary during storm response efforts.

Compensation and Benefits

- Competitive salary with commission and performance-based bonuses.
- Benefits include 401(k) plans, health and dental insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and training programs.
- Additional compensation opportunities include bonuses, commission pay, and uncapped earnings potential.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts with flexibility for evenings and weekends as required.
