Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Utilize in-depth market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional customer service to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
  • Grow your network through consistent prospecting and marketing efforts to attract new clients.
  • Participate in team-oriented activities such as training sessions or seminars to enhance your industry knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects and existing clients to build trust and rapport.
  • Diligently follow up on opportunities to drive sales and foster business growth.
  • Develop contacts, build a client base, and consistently seek new customers to create opportunities.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to daily prospecting efforts to excel in the real estate industry.
  • Pursue continuous improvement of skills and knowledge through research, reading, and attending workshops or conferences.
  • Adhere to a structured daily routine to efficiently achieve set objectives.
