POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated marketing expert and sales professional tasked with fostering growth in designated accounts, identifying new opportunities, cultivating robust relationships with current clients, and building a network to support overall account expansion. Marketing Consultants are also expected to familiarize themselves with the complete Sinclair portfolio of resources when proposing solutions and crafting proposals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide weekly revenue projections with an accuracy of plus or minus 2%, utilizing internal sales tools and data-driven systems to develop a feasible and actionable business strategy to achieve personal objectives.
Continuously manage and expand a portfolio of accounts while nurturing a pipeline of potential business by actively exploring avenues to enhance spending from existing clients.
Design impactful marketing initiatives for clients and conduct regular business evaluations to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and surpass expectations.
Evaluate critical data points within sales reports, stay informed about market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer insights, and modify tactics as necessary to optimize campaign outcomes.
Deliver exceptional customer service to establish a brand reputation for dependability, consistency, and trustworthiness, while also building personal rapport and likability with local business owners and professional networks.

- Understanding of multi-channel marketing solutions and sales strategies

The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 for the initial six months. Following this period, the position transitions to a commission-based salary. Final compensation will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits, including participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
