POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated marketing expert and sales professional responsible for fostering growth within assigned accounts, identifying new opportunities, nurturing robust relationships with current clients, and building a network to support overall account expansion. Marketing Advisors are also expected to learn and leverage the entire Sinclair portfolio of resources when crafting solutions and generating proposals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide weekly revenue projections with an accuracy of plus or minus 2%, utilizing internal sales tools and data-driven systems to formulate a practical and actionable business strategy to achieve individual objectives.

Continuously develop a portfolio of accounts and cultivate a pipeline of potential business by actively seeking opportunities to enhance the spending of existing clients.

Design impactful marketing initiatives for clients and conduct regular business assessments to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and surpass expectations.

Evaluate critical data points within sales reports, stay informed about market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Deliver exceptional customer service to establish a brand reputation for reliability, consistency, and credibility, while also building personal rapport and likability with local business owners and professional networks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Understanding of cross-platform marketing strategies and sales techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Ability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 for the initial six months. After this period, the position transitions to a commission-based salary. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits including participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
