Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and inform clients about the advantages of emergency preparedness.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives, networking events, and educational seminars relevant to the industry.
- Respond promptly to fire and water emergencies to secure contracts.
- Surpass assigned sales targets by effectively managing the sales process.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous experience in restoration, facilities management, or project oversight is advantageous.

Work Schedule and Travel Requirements

This is a full-time role with flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Extended hours may be necessary based on business demands. Local travel may constitute up to 90% of the role, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel required, particularly during emergency responses.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary with commission and substantial performance-based bonuses.
