Position Summary

Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour based on experience and skill level.

Objective:
Provide continuous support to the existing sales team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate creativity and analytical thinking. The role involves building upon the current framework and enhancing existing processes and methodologies. Candidates should be receptive to feedback and constructive criticism to boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Follow up on assigned leads
  2. Drive store traffic and contribute to market success
  3. Address customer inquiries via phone and text
  4. Assist the sales team by generating sales leads
  5. Adhere to communication scripts for various topics
  6. Utilize available resources to research necessary information
  7. Provide customers with comprehensive product and service information
  8. Embrace feedback and constructive criticism to enhance productivity and personal development

Supervisory Role
This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office setting and routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

Must be capable of sitting for extended periods.

The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While primarily sedentary, some filing may be required, necessitating the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements
