The Marketing and Loyalty division plays a crucial role in shaping United's renowned brand and customer experience, driving revenue by cultivating lasting relationships with our travelers. Our teams in marketing communications, market research, and branding work diligently to enhance customer familiarity and engagement with the United brand. The product, design, and service teams are dedicated to delivering a premier experience in our lounges and onboard, while our loyalty team curates the award-winning MileagePlus program, forging travel and lifestyle partnerships that resonate with our customers.

The **Senior Specialist, Marketing Strategy** is tasked with creating and executing top-tier, personalized marketing initiatives that boost revenue, enhance customer engagement, and foster loyalty program growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft creative briefs and oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels including email, social media, mobile applications, SMS, and in-airport/onboard communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement exceptional marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign progress and analyze the performance of active initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytics to tailor campaigns for maximum customer and business impact, applying insights to future projects.
  • Maintain a strategic focus on enhancing the customer experience throughout all marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing briefs and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a large corporate or agency setting.
  • Background in marketing, B2C communications, or advertising for major global brands.
