The **Senior Specialist, Marketing Strategy** is tasked with crafting and executing top-tier, personalized marketing initiatives and promotions aimed at boosting revenue, enhancing customer engagement, and fostering loyalty program growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative briefs and manage the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels including email, social media, mobile applications, SMS, and in-airport/onboard communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch outstanding marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Leverage data analytics to tailor campaigns for maximum customer and business impact, incorporating insights into future strategies.
