Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Growth, and Communications to ensure alignment and drive successful product launches.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive customer engagement and adoption through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing efforts, and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience; consumer-facing product marketing experience required.
  • Extensive experience leading product marketing teams within consumer technology or FinTech companies.
  • Experience with scaling a team and building efficient processes from scratch.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders in driving business decision-making and product road mapping.
