This role will be assigned to multiple businesses, responsible for working closely with Company Leaders to drive key people and talent-related initiatives. Hiring Location: Minneapolis, MN RESPONSIBILITIES Be the focal point for the deployment of core HR processes such as compensation planning, performance reviews, and other HR initiatives with assigned businesses. Coach and counsel team members and managers. Proactively partner with business leaders to identify and drive talent initiatives, optimizing team culture, engagement, and performance. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers by providing consultation and support Partners with centralized support functions to ensure flawless delivery of key services, including benefits, talent acquisition, relocation, etc. Provide guidance on a variety of HR processes and philosophies (such as compensation, succession planning, engagement, etc.) to inform key talent decisions. Support the team with various special projects such as process simplification, policy rollouts, or leading high-performing team sessions. Ability to effectively build strong relationships with business leaders. Ability to navigate situations and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of the organization (both inside and outside the company). Be a team player with a positive and professional attitude and strong customer service skills. Ability to drive results in a fast-moving and constantly changing environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - able to prepare and analyze HR reports, and translate data into leader recommendations to take appropriate action. Ability to lead and manage projects independently. Ability to travel up to 25%. All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of five years of Human Resources experience, with knowledge including but not limited to, Talent Management, and Compensation. Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred but not required. PREFERRED SKILLS Training and Development Organizational Design and Development Succession Planning Performance Management Change Management Coaching Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
