We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver strategic consultative support to organizational leaders in designated areas. This role focuses on talent management, best practices in people management, compliance with employment laws, and adherence to Fraser's employee policies. The Sr. HRBP will analyze data to uncover performance trends and collaborate with leadership to address underlying issues. This position is pivotal in enhancing the overall employee experience, fostering sustainable growth, boosting employee retention and engagement, and mentoring fellow HR team members.

- Possess social and emotional intelligence to support employees with varying roles, needs, and perspectives.
- Effectively communicate and disseminate essential information to supervisors and employees, including request forms, federal policies, internal guidelines, and medical documentation.
- Commit to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion, emphasizing culturally responsive practices and self-awareness.
- Maintain organized tracking systems for all responsibilities to ensure Fraser's compliance with relevant policies and laws, thereby minimizing organizational risk.
- Independently manage entry-level employee relations matters across all program areas.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Advising and supporting leaders on people-related challenges affecting workplace culture, including retention, engagement, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment regulations.
- Assisting leaders and employees with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution that fosters understanding and is compliant with Fraser policies.
- Providing consultation to program leaders on employee relations issues and aiding in performance improvement assessments and action plan development.
- Evaluating environments within assigned areas that impact employee engagement and advising leaders on recommended actions based on operational guidelines and applicable laws.
- Reviewing and analyzing metrics related to turnover, employee engagement, and survey data to identify trends and develop strategies to meet operational objectives.
- Serving as the primary contact for inquiries from employees and leaders regarding employment law and Fraser policies.
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.
- Identifying trends from turnover or exit interviews in partnership with the HR team.
- Listening to and identifying training needs, collaborating with Learning & Development for assigned areas.
- Reviewing annual performance evaluations for consistency and effectiveness.
- Managing unemployment insurance claims within the designated area.
Required Qualifications for the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record and access to reliable transportation.
- 5-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar capacity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
- Critical, strategic, and analytical thinking skills to identify problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- PHR or SHRM Certification.
- Experience with database management.
