Compensation: $180,000-$200,000/year

Key Responsibilities:The Chief People Officer will:
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to set long-term strategic, operational, and financial goals for Lifeworks.
- Provide guidance to the President and CEO on executive team development, coaching, and performance management.
- Support the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by providing necessary information and attending meetings as required.
- Lead the continuous improvement of human resources practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding human resources policies.
- Oversee investigations related to workplace complaints and ensure respectful communication with affected parties.
- Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives within the organization.
- Manage human resources information systems (HRIS) and ensure best practices are followed.
- Develop and report on key metrics related to human resources and talent management.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Champion Lifeworks' culture and values, positioning the organization as an attractive workplace.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field with at least ten years of experience, including seven years in a management role.
- Master's degree and relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
