Providing consultation to program leaders on employee relations issues and aiding in the assessment of performance improvement needs and the formulation of corresponding action plans. Evaluating situations and environments within assigned areas that affect employee engagement, offering leaders advice and recommended actions based on operational guidelines, policies, and applicable laws to cultivate a positive work atmosphere. Reviewing and analyzing metrics related to turnover, employee engagement, and employee survey data to identify trends and potential strategies for achieving operational objectives. Serving as the primary contact for fielding and following up on inquiries from both employees and leaders regarding employment law as well as program and Fraser policies and procedures. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries and needs. Partnering with the HR team to identify and discuss trends emerging from turnover or exit interviews. Being the primary individual responsible for identifying training needs and collaborating with Learning & Development for assigned areas.
