We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver strategic support to organizational leaders in designated areas concerning talent management, best practices in human resources, compliance with employment law, and adherence to Fraser's employee policies. The Sr. HRBP will analyze performance data to uncover trends and collaborate with leadership to address underlying issues. This role is crucial in enhancing the overall employee experience, promoting sustainable growth, increasing retention and engagement, and mentoring fellow HR team members.

Possess social and emotional intelligence to effectively support employees with varying roles, needs, and viewpoints.

Communicate essential information to supervisors and employees, including forms, federal policies, internal guidelines, medical documentation, and other pertinent communications.

Maintain organized tracking systems for all responsibilities to ensure Fraser's compliance with relevant policies and laws, thereby minimizing organizational risk.

Independently manage entry-level employee relations matters across all program areas.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Advising and supporting leaders on issues affecting workplace culture and environment, including retention, engagement, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Assisting leaders and employees with employee relations challenges, promoting conflict resolution that considers all perspectives and adheres to Fraser's policies. Providing consultation to program leaders on employee relations matters and aiding in the assessment of performance improvement needs along with the development of action plans. Evaluating situations within assigned areas that impact employee engagement and advising leaders on recommended actions based on operational guidelines and applicable laws to foster a positive work environment. Analyzing metrics related to turnover, employee engagement, and survey data to identify trends and potential strategies for achieving operational objectives. Serving as the primary contact for inquiries from employees and leaders regarding employment law and Fraser's policies. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries. Partnering with the HR team to identify and discuss trends arising from turnover or exit interviews. Identifying training needs and coordinating with Learning & Development for assigned areas. Reviewing annual performance evaluations for consistency and effectiveness. Managing unemployment insurance claims within the designated area.

Required Qualifications for the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner:

BA or BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. A valid driver's license with a clean record and access to reliable transportation is required. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar capacity. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Critical, strategic, and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. PHR or SHRM Certification is preferred. Experience with database management is preferred.

Work Schedule:

This position operates in a hybrid remote capacity, requiring availability to work in the office one day per week. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
