As part of a passionate and growing team of experts within Blue Engines, you will have a dual-focus role: You will be responsible for providing both technical and programmatic leadership for your assigned elements of product development/production/flight support scope, as well as support the development and robust implementation of Blue Engines tools and processes used to manage programs. This tool & process suite covers the overall resource, schedule, and technical/scope management rigor required for development and production, managing upgrades/ improvements, ensuring qualification for flight and supporting our commercial operations. With continued growth in the business unit, you will be expected to help manage business operating change; provide mentoring to less senior Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads; and work as an integral part of the BU leadership team to support growth of the future organization. As part of the team, you will contribute directly and significantly to the team's impact on the future of human space exploration. This position will be a direct-line report to the Blue Engines Program Management Office leader, and a dotted-line report to the Program Manager for the program(s) for which you have IPT Lead authority. This position will require your dedication and detailed attention towards cost-managed, safe and repeatable spaceflight We are looking for someone to apply their program execution, leadership and mentoring skills, as well as their commitment to driving organizational speed and execution rigor to positively impact safe & affordable human spaceflight.
