This role is integral to the Test & Flight Operations division at Blue Origin, providing vital support to various Business Units that are engaged in the design, construction, and upkeep of ground systems, testing facilities, and launch sites across multiple locations.

Role Overview:

  • Formulate, execute, and refine engineering and program lifecycle management protocols for Test and Flight Operations systems.
  • Oversee critical processes such as Process Modeling, Problem-solving, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Recognize and implement enhancements aimed at boosting efficiency and quality.
  • Establish robust systems through process stabilization, concentrating on Process Analysis and Improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in defining development processes.
  • Strong expertise in highly regulated sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in technical writing.
  • Understanding of export control regulations.
  • U.S. citizenship or legal residency status is required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience within the aerospace sector.
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools.
  • Proficiency in collaboration platforms such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Adeptness in adapting to evolving requirements.
  • Database management skills.
