Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the clinic attracts and retains top talent to provide high-quality care. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and passionate about finding the right fit for our team.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

- Assist in developing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.

- Source and screen potential candidates through resume reviews and initial phone interviews.

- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

Onboarding:

- Prepare and manage onboarding materials for new hires, including paperwork and orientation schedules.

- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary training and compliance documents are completed.

- Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Generate recruitment reports and metrics for review by HR and leadership.

- Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.

- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

- Must pass employment screenings, including FBI clearance if applicable.

Additional Details:

- This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- The role does not involve direct work with minors or working in environments where minors are present.
