Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Client Collaboration:
  • Engage closely with clients to comprehend their technical staffing requirements and deliver candidates who meet or surpass their expectations.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their business goals and ongoing talent needs.
  • Market Insight:
  • Remain updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively engage with candidates and provide counsel to clients.
  • Offer market intelligence and salary benchmarking data to assist clients and candidates in making informed choices.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continually enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Deliver regular updates and reports to management regarding recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the IT or technology sectors.
  • Strong capability to source, engage, and secure top technical talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing relationship building.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
