Role Summary


The Human Resources Coordinator will undertake administrative responsibilities and services to enhance the effective and efficient functioning of the human resources division within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Training Manager.
Maintains precise and current human resources documentation, files, and records.

  • Facilitates communication with candidates regarding open positions.
Ensures the thorough completion of the onboarding checklist for all new employees.

  • Addresses common inquiries from candidates and staff regarding standard policies, benefits, and hiring procedures; escalates complex queries to senior HR personnel.
Safeguards the confidentiality and integrity of human resources files and records.

  • Supports the Training Manager in various training initiatives, including assigning employees to training sessions, following up on training requests, and reporting on training outcomes.
Conducts regular audits of HR documentation to confirm that all necessary documents are collected and properly filed.

  • Provides administrative assistance to the HR department, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.


Facilitates or assists with orientation for new hires.


  • Assists in organizing and executing special events such as benefits enrollment, company-wide meetings, training sessions, employee recognition events, and celebrations.


Performs additional duties as assigned.
