Overview

Rothman Orthopaedic Institute is seeking to recruit a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role will operate in a hybrid model, requiring a presence in the office for part of the week.

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide essential operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, focusing primarily on employee benefits and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities :

Manage incoming mail, documents, and deliveries for the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient sorting and distribution. Assist in maintaining compliance with processes related to employee benefits, onboarding, and other HR functions, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies. Oversee changes to 401(k) retirement contributions through the third-party administrator, ensuring data accuracy between systems. Support the Benefits Coordinator with tasks related to benefits administration, including enrollment, status changes, and documentation for leave of absence requests. Manage workers' compensation reporting and follow-up, ensuring timely resolution of claims. Aid in tracking employee credentialing logs and background checks, ensuring timely completion of necessary documentation. Collaborate with the HRIS Manager on reporting needs and data management, assisting in the generation of reports. Organize and maintain confidential employee records, ensuring accuracy and security of sensitive information. Contribute to departmental initiatives, such as organizing employee recognition efforts and supporting a positive workplace culture. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory. SHRM, CP certification is preferred. One to two years of experience in a Human Resources capacity is required. Proficiency in HRIS is essential. Experience handling confidential information is necessary. One to two years of experience in Benefits administration is preferred. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are required.
