The InsideHigherEd team is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employer Partnerships. This key role will play a critical part in developing and implementing strategic recruiting programs and fostering strong relationships with employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Program Development
    • Design and implement effective recruiting programs to attract top talent to InsideHigherEd
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies
  • Employer Partnerships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key employers to promote InsideHigherEd's brand and attract top talent
    • Develop and execute employer engagement strategies to drive recruitment and retention
  • Strategic Planning
    • Contribute to the development of the company's overall recruitment strategy
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions and optimize program effectiveness
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of recruiting programs
    • Collaborate with other departments to promote InsideHigherEd's brand and attract top talent

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. human resources, business, communications)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruiting programs and building strong employer relationships
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
