Job Title: Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary

The Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our organization. This position encompasses the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to devise effective recruitment strategies, and engaging with stakeholders to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Management

  1. Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding support.
  2. Collaborate with Human Resources on salary determinations, background checks, and reference verifications.
  3. Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador for RHD, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.
  5. Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals through networking and community engagement.
  6. Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate flow and onboarding processes effectively.
  7. Stay informed about talent acquisition strategies and interview methodologies.
  8. Continuously evaluate and enhance the talent acquisition process for efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Collaboration

  1. Design and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition and retention that align with RHD's goals.
  2. Work with leadership to forecast workforce needs and assess the effectiveness of recruitment tools.
  3. Partner with Human Resources to create job descriptions and advertisements that attract the right candidates.
  4. Manage vendor relationships and support budget development for talent acquisition initiatives.

Administrative Duties

  1. Manage the ATS for recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  2. Generate reports and analyze key performance indicators related to talent acquisition.
  3. Ensure adherence to budget and timelines for recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Professional certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing an ATS and knowledge of HR employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
