Overview

Rothman Orthopaedic Institute is seeking to recruit a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is designed to support our Human Resources department with a focus on employee benefits and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver functional and administrative assistance to the Human Resources Team, primarily concentrating on benefits administration and HRIS management.

Key Responsibilities :

Receive, organize, and distribute mail, documents, and deliveries to the Human Resources department. Ensure efficient communication and documentation through scanning and distribution as necessary. Assist in upholding compliance processes related to employee benefits, onboarding, credentialing, and other HR functions. Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies. Manage changes to 401(k) retirement contributions through the third-party administrator site, ensuring data consistency between the TPA site and payroll systems. Support the Benefits Coordinator with general benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, status changes, and management of qualifying life events (QLEs). Oversee workers' compensation reporting and follow-up, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of claims. Aid in managing employee credentialing logs, background checks, and clearances as required for their roles, ensuring timely completion of all necessary checks. Collaborate with the HRIS Manager on various reporting needs and data tracking, assisting in generating reports and maintaining the HR system of record. Organize and file confidential documents, maintaining strict confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information. Ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date. Support departmental initiatives, including organizing events and fulfilling leadership requests to promote a positive work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree required SHRM, CP preferred One to two years of experience in a Human Resources role required Knowledge of HRIS required Experience in handling confidential information required One to two years of experience in Benefits preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
